How long until my order ships?
Every cup is handmade to order, so please allow 2-3 weeks for production before it ships. You'll get a tracking email as soon as it's on the way.
Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely! Custom snowglobe cups are our favorite. Head to the contact page, choose “Custom Order Request,” and tell us your colors, theme, and occasion.
Are the cups dishwasher safe?
Because of the glitter snowglobe layer, we recommend gentle hand washing only — no dishwasher or microwave — to keep your cup sparkling for years.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that, production may have already started.
Where do you ship?
Continental United States only. We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, or internationally.
